Uses:
(1). Mainly used for absorbing water molecules, GA-394 3A Molecular sieves can be used in the desiccating process of natural gas and petroleum gas, especially for the desiccation of pyrolysis gas, and used as excellent desiccant in the industries of medicine, food, hollow glass etc.
(2).Mainly used for static dewatering in the hermetically sealed gas or liquid systems, the GA-395 4A Molecular Sieve can remove molecules of water,methanol, ethanol, sulfured hydrogen,CO2, ethene, propylene etc., and it can also be used in the desiccation of saturated hydrocarbon materials.
(3). Widely used in the separation process of alkyl hydrocarbon of isomerization , GA-396 5A molecular sieve can absorbing molecules
(4).GA-396 5A molecular sieve can absorb molecules of 3 A, 4 A and 5 A, and molecules with big critical diameters, such as arenes and isomers of separated isomers.
Regeneration
Common desiccated gases are nitrogen, air and saturated hydrogen carbide. The regenerated gas volume is about 0.20-1.2m3/h kg, heated to 200°C-350°C and about 150°C of outlet temperature for 3-4 hr., and subsequently regenerated dry cold gas is introduce ,and cooled to room temperature for later use.
Packing and Storage:
The above-mentioned products should be hermetically packed in paper drum (or iron drums) lined with plastic bags, and stored in cool, ventilated and dry storehouses.

Uses:
This Molecular sieve for hollow glass can adsorb the moisture and residual organic matter at the same time, thus the hollow gas can keep clear even it is in the very low temperature. Meanwhile, it can lower the pressure change between inner face and outer face caused by the seasons and temperature change of day and night. If the hollow glass uses common drier , it may happen broken caused by the temperature change, this products can solve this trouble and extend the application life.
Cautions:
Only open the packing when you have to, or it may loses the effects. Packed it as quick as you can.
Packing:25kg paper box or 55 gallon metal pail, sealed tightly. |
