Production capacity and production process of reduction device

1. Catalyst production capacity

Our company has a total of 8 sets of reduction devices, each package is filled with 2m 3 . It takes 3~4 days according to the general catalyst reduction process. It takes 1~3 days for passivation. Each set drives two sets and starts once every two days. For a period of 8 days, the minimum capacity is 2m 3 per day . If the process cycle is 4 days, the maximum capacity is 4m 3 per day .
